AI Product Manager

About the role

Design AI-Native products and digital employees — a PM who codes, bridging business, model and engineering.

What you'll do

• Own AI-Native product design and evolution — define form factor, capability surface and core flows for digital-employee / Agent systems.
• Abstract complex business processes into executable Agent task structures: decomposition, execution chains, tool calls and feedback loops.
• Engage deeply with system design — write prototype code, design prompts, RAG plans, tool-chain calls and workflow orchestration.
• Lead AI products from 0→1 and 1→N; drive fast iteration and continuously improve UX and business outcomes.
• Build the eval and feedback layer — KPI design, behavior analysis, automated evals and a data flywheel.
• Operate the team in AI-First mode; design AI-driven research, product and ops processes that lift overall throughput.
• Partner with engineering, algorithm, design and business teams to ship complex systems end-to-end.
• Track frontier AI; identify what becomes product capability and validate quickly.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of product experience, AI product experience preferred.
• Hands-on coding ability — comfortable in Python (or similar) for simple dev, prototypes and tool calls.
• AI-Native mindset: deep understanding of Agents, RAG, tool calling, context management and memory.
• Strong abstraction — turn messy business into clean system structures and execution flows.
• Strong project-driving ability; can pull complex cross-functional work over the line.
• Data analysis and outcome-evaluation skills; continuous data-driven product iteration.
• Systematic grasp of leading LLMs and how to design products around their capabilities.
• Experience designing conversational interactions, task-driven UIs and human-AI collaboration flows.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI Agent products, digital employees or enterprise AI assistants.
• End-to-end 0→1 product launches or complete feature-loop ownership.
• Fluent with mainstream AI tools and uses them to amplify daily work.
• Experience using AI to optimize team, R&D or ops processes.
• Technical or engineering background.
• 985 / 211 / top-tier overseas university, or experience at leading internet / AI companies.
